I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the Jefferson and Shelby county area. I am a native of Birmingham and I am familiar with ALL areas of the greater Birmingham area. I LIST and SELL in all areas of Jefferson and Shelby counties, but I also specialize in Listing and Selling properties that are within a 30 minute drive to the Downtown Birmingham and University of Alabama in Birmingham area.This area of specialty includes the neighborhoods of:Crestwood,Crestline Park, Forest Park, Highland Park, Mountain Brook, Vestavia, Homewood, Irondale, Redmont, and parts of Hoover. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools,shopping, ammenities and demographics of these neighborhoods.
I am a full time Realtor and have consistently been a top producing salesperson in the Birmingham real estate market. I attribute my success to providing my clients with individualized personal service, and having a thorough knowledge of the Birmingham real estate market.
My approach to real estate is simple--I first like to sit down with a new client and talk a little bit about their wants and needs. Things like where they are going to be working, does a commute bother them, do they need a good school system or do they want to be near a certain private school, do they enjoy going to parks or live theatre, do they like to be near certain kinds of shopping, etc. I like to do this one on one, I do not delegate this to a team member. I like to get to know each client.
I am not in this business to sell more houses than any other Realtor or Real Estate Team in Birmingham. I am in this business for the long haul, and I believe you have to give each client the highest possible level of service, whether they are buying a one bedroom condo or a million dollar home. I have built my reputation on a service concept and not on a volume concept.
